Refund policy
- We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please be sure to save your postal receipt. Ship only with your country’s Postal Service. - You will be responsible for shipping costs.
- We highly recommend you insure your parcel and adequately protect it during shipment, and it’s original packing. QiblaNav is not responsible for products lost or damaged during shipment.
Please send the watch unused/unworn back to QiblaNav with a completed Return Form, original box, and the original warranty card.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you all instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the customer is responsible for any incurred return fees. This includes shipping charges, customs duties, or any other related expenses associated with returning the product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us info@qiblanav.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 hari, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 hari perniagaan. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

WARRANTY POLICY 02.
- Warranty period is five years from the date of purchase.
- Need to present the purchase invoice.
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

- If you are unable to comply fully with the return policy, unfortunately, you may not be entitled to a full refund or replacement.
- Some returns will be subject to restocking fees such as:
initial FedEx cost if the watch is returned not because there is a fault on QiblaNav’s side.
If the watch returned has been worn, dirt on the band, enlarged holes on the band, scratches on the clasp, plastic wrap has been removed, the band has been shortened etc.
